GE CTS 450 Drive motor control system
The GE solid state CTS450 transistor control system is environmentally sealed and is installed inside the counterweight for additional protection. Service access to the controller is excellent. This high frequency controller has low audible noise, improved acceleration, lower operating temperatures and improved operating times between battery charge. |

Hydraulic and Steering controller ensures safe and precise operation
The fork tynes are elevated by a lift sensor that is controlled by the lift lever. This can save electric energy and provides smooth and safe upward movement. By using a SEM (Separately Excited Motors) Drive Motor controller and hydraulic controller, only one contactor is necessary. This feature provides the lower maintenance and a resulting economic benefit. |

High capacity motors
Efficient and high-torque drive and hydraulic motors are ventilated and protected from heat by class H insulation- the best available. In particular, it protects the driver from jarring and vibration through an isolator, which is installed between the base of hydraulic motor frame and motor mounting plate. |

Long battery life and battery discharge protection
As a high capacity battery is specified, it can be charged in a reduced period. The recommended battery is specification matched to the GE control system. In addition, instruments display battery capacity and there is a warning function for over discharge. (when the residual battery capacity drops to 20% of full charge, the warning function light illuminates. when the battery drops below 9%, the hydraulic lift operation is limited.)
